Game Related Issues - TimeLierG - 06-01-2022

Do you need help with games such as Crescent Quest or Kaifrinx? Having graphical, gameplay, or any other kind of issue? You can report issues to us through the "Contact Us" button at the bottom of our TimeLierG Companions site page. Title your ticket to us as "bug report" with the name of the title you are having the issue with.

Note, some older computers or mobile devices may be incompatible with the games. If you would like a refund for our paid games this can only be done through our Steam listed games. Valve's policy on refunds requires the game to have under two hours of play and cannot be over 14 days of purchase. Again, we do not offer the refunds ourselves.

Backing up save data for Crescent Quest and Kaifrinx in case of an issue...

To create a backup of your save data, open the folder the game is installed in. You will see five or more additional folders such as audio, fonts, graphics, img, and system. Under all of these you should see a file labeled "Save01" or "Save02", depending on the game there may be more files labeled like these. Simply copy them to a new location. You can insert them back into a copy of the game in the same area of the folder to have your files back should you reinstall the game.
